Sam Cairns-Arseneau is a registered Counselling Therapist (provisional) based in Prince Edward Island. Born and raised in PEI, Sam has deep roots in her community and is a proud member and advocate of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Sam completed her Bachelor of Arts at the University of Prince Edward Island before pursuing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, where she now serves as a Practicum Coordinator. She is passionate about counselling and is dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgmental space for therapeutic work, celebrating successes both big and small.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with her wife, Chrissy, their cat Aura, and hamster Boba Fett. She can often be found participating in spin classes or enjoying quality time with her loved ones.
